LemoTV Login
LemoTV doesn't use a website dashboard, so there's no lemotv.ca login form. You sign in directly inside your IPTV player app using the username, password and server URL we sent in your welcome email — enter those once and the app remembers you.
The Three Details You Need
All three arrive in your welcome email. The app asks for them once.
Username
A short code, not your email address. Case-sensitive — copy it rather than retyping.
Password
Also case-sensitive. Watch for a trailing space if you paste it from your email.
Server URL
Sometimes labelled portal URL or Xtream Codes API URL. Must be entered exactly, including http:// or https://.
How to Sign In, Step by Step

Open your welcome email and keep it to hand — you'll copy three values from it.

Install your player app if you haven't already. On Fire Stick and Android that's the dedicated LemoTV app; on iPhone, Apple TV, Samsung and LG TVs, Windows and Mac it's IPTV Smarters Pro. Our setup guides cover each device.

Choose the Xtream Codes API login option when the app offers a choice of login types.

Paste your username, password and server URL exactly as they appear. Copy and paste rather than retyping — these fields are case-sensitive.

Save. The app loads your channel list and remembers you, so you won't need to do this again on that device.

Login Not Working?
Work through these in order — the first three fix the overwhelming majority of failed logins:
- Retype your password by hand. Pasting from email frequently carries an invisible trailing space, which the app reads as part of the password.
- Check the server URL character by character, including whether it starts http:// or https://. A wrong URL fails identically to a wrong password, so it is easy to misdiagnose.
- Confirm capitalisation. Username and password are both case-sensitive.
- Restart the app and your device, then try once more before assuming the details are wrong.
- Check your subscription is still active. An expired plan rejects a login that was working the day before.

LemoTV Login Questions
Because there is nothing to log into on the website. LemoTV is a streaming subscription, not a web app — there is no dashboard, billing portal or watch page on lemotv.ca. Everything happens inside the IPTV player app on your device, which is where your username, password and server URL are entered.
In your welcome email, sent within a few minutes of your order being confirmed. It contains three things: your username, your password and your server URL. If it is not in your inbox, check spam and promotions folders — automated emails often land there.
Message support with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend your details straight away. This is usually a typo in the checkout email address or an over-eager spam filter, and it takes us a couple of minutes to sort out.
Nine times out of ten this is a typing issue. Both fields are case-sensitive, and pasting from an email often carries an invisible trailing space. Check the server URL just as carefully — a wrong URL produces the same failure as a wrong password. If all three match your welcome email exactly and it still fails, your subscription may have expired, so contact support and we will check the line.
Only as many devices as your plan covers. One, two and three-device plans are available, and signing in on more devices than your plan allows will cause streams to drop. If you need more, you can upgrade at any time.
