How is LemoTV different from Netflix or Crave?

Unlike Netflix or Crave, LemoTV includes live television channels — sports, news, local channels, and international content. You get live TV plus on-demand movies and series in one subscription, at a lower cost than cable.

What internet speed do I need?

We recommend a minimum of 10 Mbps for HD streaming and 25 Mbps for 4K Ultra HD. If you are streaming on multiple devices simultaneously, a faster connection (50+ Mbps) will provide a better experience.

Is there a free trial?

Are there any hidden fees or contracts?

No. LemoTV has no hidden fees, no setup fees, and no long-term contracts. You pay for the period you choose, and there is no automatic renewal unless you choose to renew.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

Can I upgrade my plan?

How do I install LemoTV on Fire Stick?

How long does activation take?

Your account is activated instantly after your payment is confirmed. You will receive your login credentials by email within a few minutes of purchase.

Can I use LemoTV on more than one device at the same time?

Yes — choose a 2-device or 3-device plan to stream on multiple screens simultaneously. Each device gets its own independent connection.

Yes. LemoTV includes live sports channels for NHL, NBA, NFL, UFC, NCAA, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and much more. PPV events are also included at no extra cost.

Are Canadian channels included?

Yes. Canadian channels including CBC, CTV, Global, TSN, Sportsnet, RDS, and many regional channels are available in the LemoTV channel lineup.

Is content available in French?

Yes. LemoTV includes French-language channels including RDS, TVA, V Télé, RDI, and many international French channels — ideal for Quebec and francophone viewers across Canada.

Troubleshooting

Why is my stream buffering?

Buffering is usually caused by a slow internet connection or Wi-Fi interference. Try connecting your device via ethernet cable, restarting your router, or lowering the stream quality in your IPTV player settings. Our anti-freeze technology minimizes buffering on stable connections.

I forgot my login credentials — what do I do?

Check your email inbox for the activation email sent when you purchased your plan. If you cannot find it, contact our support team with your registered email and we will resend your credentials.

A channel is not working — what should I do?

Try refreshing the channel list in your IPTV player, or switch to a backup stream if available. If the issue persists, contact our 24/7 support team via WhatsApp or the Contact page and we will resolve it quickly.
